• "Conversion" refers to a completed action as defined in the specific offer terms.
• "Earnings" refers to commissions earned by affiliates for valid conversions.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• One account per individual/entity (multiple accounts prohibited)
• Use professional marketing methods compliant with all applicable laws

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

5.1 Offer Promotion Rules

5.2 Prohibited Activities

6.1 Commission Structure

6.2 Payment Terms

• Minimum payment threshold: 200 Gold Coins (100 Gold Coins = $30 USD)
• Payment schedule: Net-7 (payments processed within 1-3 working days)
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer
• Payment processing fees may apply depending on the method

6.3 Chargebacks & Invalid Conversions

If conversions are deemed invalid, fraudulent, or charged back by advertisers:

• Commissions will be deducted from your earnings
• If earnings are insufficient, you may be invoiced for the amount
• Repeated violations may result in account termination

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable data protection laws
• Obtain proper consent for data collection where required
• Implement appropriate security measures for collected data
• Delete data when no longer needed for its original purpose

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. AdanLead may immediately terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Legal or regulatory compliance issues
• Extended account inactivity (6+ months)

Upon termination, all outstanding payments for valid conversions will be processed according to our payment schedule.

AdanLead and Super Cars Blog Inc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Offer availability or advertiser payments
• Third-party actions or platform disruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding 6 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

• Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming
